Dr Clare has worked in small animal practice following graduation from Liverpool in 1994. He ran his own first opinion companion animal practice for 7 years from January 1999.
Whilst a general practitioner he developed an interest in ophthalmology and formed Anivision Ltd. This referral service grew quickly and in 2004 Dr Clare became a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate holder in Veterinary Ophthalmology. In May 2005 he re-established ophthalmology at Liverpool University: Dr Clare accepted referrals and became responsible for practical tuition for clinical veterinary undergraduates.
When Dr Clare immigrated to Australia in 2009, he quickly established PetVision and happily accepts referrals from local and regional veterinarians. Dr Clare consults and operates from the NCVS premises and delights in educating clients, vets and nurses alike on all conditions and care of the eye.
