With her energetic, bubbly personality she smoothly juggles multiple telephone calls, clerical tasks and request from employees and clients. Her love of animals was evident when she adopted not one but two kittens shortly after beginning work at NCVS. This past year her smile got even bigger with the arrival of her new baby daughter.
