I am a surgical coordinator at NCVS and have been working with NCVS team for the last 3 years. I developed my knowledge through completing a Bachelor of Veterinary Technologyin 2018 which allowed me to inject myself into my area of interest, gold standard surgery practice in a specialist setting. Our surgery team strives for nothing less than the most current evidence based and gold standard practices. I also have the privileged opportunity to work alongside Emergency and Medicine specialists, which just makes for an amazing, holistic work environment and allows me to keep growing my knowledge and skills.
There’s nothing better than when you meet a patient, you take in all the components of what is happening to your patient, work together as a team in putting together the pieces, and seeing them through to a more harmonious outcome. That’s why I love what I do.
